Reviews and Ratings
I had a great time staying at this hotel, as it’s perfectly situated in Palermo, just a stone’s throw from an amazing selection of restaurants, bars, and shops. The rooms were spacious, and I loved relaxing on the suite's lovely balcony overlooking Buenos Aires. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. However, there were some issues with the shower design and the handle on the safe not working, which affected my overall experience.
I had a great experience overall at this hotel in Palermo. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, especially when my flight was canceled and I ended up needing a room last minute. The hotel was clean, and the shower was great! However, there were some issues with communication regarding housekeeping and room changes that left me feeling a bit uneasy at times.
While the hotel boasts a great location in Palermo with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, my experience was marred by multiple maintenance issues and mediocre service. Despite the nice aesthetic of the rooms, the bathroom setup was poorly designed, causing flooding. Unfortunately, the service didn't live up to expectations, making the stay less enjoyable than hoped.
I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. There were significant issues with the room amenities and the overall service wasn't up to par. However, the location had its charm with nearby attractions. While I appreciated the refund for the toilet issue, it doesn’t overshadow the inconvenience I faced.
I had some ups and downs during my stay at this hotel. It’s located in a vibrant restaurant district, which was a plus, but the loud music from the adjacent bar kept me up at night. The staff was decent, yet there were some issues with housekeeping and room safety that really impacted my experience.
